Poor Housekeeping service
Need to change mattress! my baby and me get bite by bedbug...The comforter material is so rough to used. Housekeeping service is poor... Until we have to Call repeatly!

Hotel facilities become droped
This is my 3rd stay at the hotel. Hotel facilities become droped. Cleanes become awful. A/C are not working. And the hotel authorities now only consider the money. Not the customers. We have to check whether rooms A/C are working or not. And the people in reception not care about the customer satisfaction. They are trying to skip the problem. Finally somehow we found a room with working A/C. And the complementary water bottels and other facilities only given in 1st day and 2nd day. In the 3rd day when we ask the water bottle they said that they cant provide. Water showers are broken. Toilet cleanes is so low. Somehow so disappointed about the hotel facilities and the staff. Please hotel management care about this matter. And please develop the hotel facilities.

It was a waste to pay so much for the hotel... No breakfast and unnecessary guys was knocking my room door after knowing we have young girls inside the room... Guys were roaming with towels around and showing some unnecessary sign to girls.. The room was in worse condition went we entered.. Full of rubish used towel around and more... I hated the hotel

Manager(?) rude behaviour
The Location and hotel rooms are nice
we had very bad experience with One Gentleman who introduced as he was Hotel Manager (but no name badge). Date : 26/06/2015 Time around : above 7:30, when we check out the Peron behavior is very rude and he called us outside for fight Dear Nachyappa Hotel management, you can review your CCTV camera on above mention date and time and check his dance (hotel manager ?). Please advise that person and consider his rude behavior.

OK for 1 night if you don't need internet
The lobby area looks nice, check in was OK, they didn't charge us for 1 child under 11.
OK. Clean enough, cool enough, comfortable enough. Very ordinary. The advertised internet however, did not work at all, on any floor or in the lobby. A big problem for us. Location was OK but our taxi driver couldn't find it, t's hidden away down a side street. We ddn't eat here and breakfast wasn't included.

staffs were very friendly , helpful with luggage and directions.
Overall our stay was slightly below average. 1. The staffs do not clean the room/replace bed sheets and towels automatically every morning. We have to repetitively call the reception for room service and even after calling for them, sometime they take too long to respond. On two occasions, no one even turned up. 2. Air conditioning is average. The remote was faulty and they keep giving us a faulty remote on 3 occasions. 3. There was power cut a few times especially when it rains. 4. Windows cannot be closed fully and had holes at the side causing us to be bitten by mosquitoes the every night(6-12 Dec 2014) despite using mosquito coils( given by reception )

Location, affordable and in bar
It's good for the money we paid. It was affordable and it's located at very good location ( T.Nagar) but the only problem is with the staff. They have very minimal number of staffs and if you request anything, you would get your items very late. They DO NOT clean your room..I repeat they DO NOT clean you room.
