Friendly, centrally located
This now tired hotel at one time would have been a very good business hotel, never a grande. The public spaces are better maintained than my room. It is central, across the street from an older Robinson’s supermarket/mall and near the main plazas. No problem getting hot water for a shower, the internet/wifi worked very well (you need to get a new name/password each day), AC had my room did maybe too good a job chilling me down. My single bed was comfortable, had good linen and two pillows. Excellent daily room service. The end table had a telephone. The room had open shelves for hanging and sorting things. There was a tube TV with international channels. There was a small table and comfortable chair. My room was small, but not cramped. There was no natural light; lighting was adequate and were two electric power points in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Note: My room had one of those keyholders which you need to insert your key in order to get power; that system seems to have been abandoned. When I first came into my room, there was no power, a problem which was soon corrected. In any case, I had a regular key and did not need to use a keyholder to get power. No one offered to take me to my room nor to carry my baggage. Some time ago the glass shelf in the bathroom had been broken and not replaced. Breakfast was not included in my room rate, but am adequate breakfast for 50 pesos is available for guests. While I did paid for a transfer from the airport to the hotel, the airport transfer was free when leaving. The Agoda room rate of 950 pesos was a fair price. I was satisfied with the hotel and decided to stay extra days.

Great location but staff need to be more helpful
Right across from a mall and a busy road, so great for transport. Can be a bit noisy at night. Staff weren't able to help us much with any questions we had.

Not bad for the price!!
Located in city center, close to mall and food
I don't have anything good to say really but I don't have any bad either. As usual the staff are friendly the rooms are old and quite dirty but sleep able! it is a smaller city hotel so I'd give it the 3 star it's rates at! One great thing about this hotel is there's food everywhere close by!

Good location, value for money
We stay at this hotel most of the time when we are in Naga. Other than good location and value for money, the best will be the same "uncle" to wait and pick us up and send us to Pili airport. Keep up the good job!!

Not likely to come back
one of the worst hotels. My room is 3 times better than their Family room. We moved from family room to the queen room because of the noise from the outside. Their bathroom is terrible.

Hotel rate 6.5.
Within walking distance to restaurants and supermarket; has its own parking space; presentable restaurant at the ground floor.
I was disappointed with the room they gave us. It was beside the main road and we could hear the street noise of car engines and honking of cars way into the night and started again early in the morning. The bathroom was not maintained with the tile grout dirty. The bathroom doorknob was broken. The bedcover was torn and the towels need to retire. There was no elevator and we were billeted on the third floor. The parking lot was muddy and flooded. The check-in counter was located in a corner near the back entrance and could not be readily seen from the entrance itself. The receptionist at check in counter was nice and accomodating. The breakfast was okay for the price.
