Perfect for British and Swiss embassies
Location to British Embassy
Very well priced for the location (5 min walk to British Embassy), I would choose this hotel if you have business at the British Embassy.. There is very limited car parking but we managed OK. It is a new family run hotel and they really try to make an effort to look after you but some staff struggle with English but the quality and comfort of the room more than made up for this. They were very generous about check-out time and allowed me to stay in the room longer as I had to return to embassy at 2pm.. I will be staying here again when I have business at the Embassy.

no sign on the road! hotel in ally way, but easy to find. Was a bit of confussion when we arrived about our booking, but was soon sorted out. staff very pleasent, would happly stay again.

A new hotel, but inconvenient with no service
good location in cbd, newly renovated facilities but not much else to say positively
has potential, but also has major problems and some cant be fixed. we were among first guests and they dont yet have their act together. it is down a side alley off the main road, but there are no hotel signs and taxi drivers cant find it. there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and steep. it is almost impossible to get large suitcases up to your room without sweating and swearing. they do not have staff to help with that, so you have to wrestle them up yourself. they also don't have anyone on the front desk yet. it is always empty, so good luck if you need anything. you will need things, because they have forgotten to put the usual amenities in the rooms- like hair dryers, instant coffee, etc. they do not have a restaurant or even a room with tea, coffee and snacks. there is no breakfast or anything else. all the equipment is new, but there are no instructions on how to use it. once we figured out how to work the tv, we found there were lots of channels, but all were in thai. there are no international channels- no hbo, no bbc, no cnn, no aljezeera, etc. they only give you one room key, but if you are a couple and need to come and go separately, tough luck. the front door is always locked and with no one at the front desk, there isn't any way to get inside if you aren't the one with the key. i could go on and on, but you get the point-- they have potential but only if they learn that most travelers expect a lot more than they currently deliver. some things can be fixed with effort on their part. they could install signs at the main road, give two room keys, have a room for tea/coffee and cookies, get international channels, staff the front desk all the time, etc. but, some cant. do not show up with large heavy suitcases- you will be upset as there is no elevator. when you are hungry, you will have a very long walk to anyplace to get a real breakfast or any cooked meals.

non ne ho trovate .
Arrivati all hotel la signorina che ci ha accolto non parlava thai , dopo ci ha portato in camera per cercare la chiave ci sono voluti10 minuti . Abbiami fatto una doccia ( con aqua fredda ) siamo usciti al rientro in hotel non c era corrente per le scale e in camera . La mattina siamo scesi sotto e ci hanno domandato cosa volete caffe pane per colazione non c era un buffet e niente . Siamo andati fuori a fare colazione . La cosa ancora peggio quando abbiamo fatto il ceck out ci ha chiesto di pagareil conto che io precedentemente avevo pagato . Uno dei peggiori hotel che sono stato in thailandia e sono circa 5 anni che ci vengo .

โดยรวมแล้วปานกลาง ปากซอยไม่มีป้ายบอกทาง ด้านหน้าโรงแรมค่อนข้างแคบ ไม่มีอาหารเช้า ไม่มีลิฟท์ พักแค่คืนเดียวเพราะโรงแรมอยู่ใกล้ที่สถานที่จัดงานเลี้ยง
