One night stay

Nice surrounding and quite
Rooms are not so clean as there are cockroaches inside the bed room. No wifi in the room and as well as poor telephone network signal. Good for those who needed full silent without internet and calls.

Fresh air in a winter

Nature, fresh air, nice view around
This hotel a bit far from the city but very fresh air in the winter. Good view and comfortable.

Great location but too far from the city proper.

View is beautiful; peaceful and fresh air.
It's a beautiful hotel, with lots of open space but too far from the city proper. There are no other services offered except for the breakfast that comes with the package so it's hard if the visitor has no ride. Service is good though. Hotel needs refurbishing.

Close to nature but lack of maintenance

Great access to nature environment.
Too far away from downtown (15km). Most facilities as advertised were not ready for business.

Badly needs TLC but being improved we were told

Has good potential if improved, pleasant surroundings
The resort has extensive grounds on the side of a hill, steep in parts. However it all looks a bit run down and in need of some TLC but there are new owners who are planning a gradual series of major improvements so hopefully it will improve. We stayed in two of the rooms in the villa section. The rooms were definitely small, and looked very plain and tired. Décor was very plain/minimalist and as often in Asian budget hotels, the décor finish left a lot to be desired! However, the rooms were clean. The mattresses were fine though we were told that they had just been replaced earlier that day. They were obviously larger than before and overhang the bed supports but at least they were fairly comfortable. There was one rickety cupboard and a desk and a couple of OK chairs. There was a mini fridge but no coffee/tea making facilities, mini safe or iron. There was not even a phone in the room. There was one available power socket in the room and a shaver plug in the bathroom. The TV was tiny, only a 12 or 14 inch CRT, but with satellite TV and around 100 channels available but nearly all Thai. Views from the room down the hill and gardens to the main road and across up the opposite hill were fine though not spectacular. The bathroom was also tiny and run down but clean. There was a shower in a small bath though the shower attachment was tiny and one had to crouch in order to take a shower. There was though a mini garden next to the shower/bath behind a pane of glass which at least made the room look more interesting. Breakfast was taken in a separate building and was not great and no choice, but it was eatable. We found the owners and other staff to be friendly and helpful. English was limited though so best if you have a Thai speaker in your group. Plenty of parking was available at different spots around the resort. However, note that even going up to the rooms involved walking up a number of steep steps so this resort is no good for you if you have walking difficulti
