Good, but uninspiring. Needed TLC

Staff were excellent, Room was out of this world, Three free upgrades wonderful!
We booked literally 5 min before arrival but were graciously welcomed and overall service & accommodation was superb. However, it's my belief the room was only great because I took a paid Agoda upgrade, then a freebie was offered, then the resort manager upgraded us again. General condition of the grounds was scruffy - and I could tell the room itself hadn't had a "freshen up" recently. NO complaint about the room, as mentioned they had no time to prepare. In fairness I think it's an inordinately expensive area for accommodation, frequented by the wealthy from Bkk which has pushed the prices way past "high"-priced range, now into the "over"-priced bracket. This isn't Nana resort's fault or problem. The following morning however...we DID find a lovely little place only 300m away, just around the corner - and have booked our group of 19 in there for two nights in January.

There are better resorts around for the price.

1 friendly staff 2 Clean and comfortable room 3 secure parking
Staffs are nice and friendly. Foods at the restaurant are slow and served cold. Rooms are nice but no internet. On our arrival date in the afternoon the resort opposite to ours were having a party. They were playing the music really loud from late afternoon until sometime around midnight.

Poor service, certainly not a 4 stars hotel

There are rooms avaliable here when everywhere else is full
We found the check-in staff to be rude and inconsiderate. The same staff that check us in walked us to the room. She was almost running and we did not kept up with her pace (we have to carry the bags). Soon she disappear before we reach the room and I guess that when she realized that she has lost us and come back with her hand up in the air trying to quickly get us to the room. When we get there, she literally spend 5 seconds showing us the light and turning on the A/C then left. When we revisit the front desk to ask for attractions around the hotel, they only points at activities sponsored by the hotel and when we asked about exploring the national park on our own, they start asking each other questions and basically move on to the next customers. I do not know how this was rated as a 4 stars. The music was playing loudly from the hotel's speaker outside of our room in the morning. The shower head in the bathroom is located lower than my neck and we were struggling to wash my hair. Then the water drainage system doesn't work and shower area was filled with water. The plastic wrap on the bed and the hotel just simply place the bed sheet over it which makes the bed uncomfortable to sleep on. The general hotel condition relatively new but the materials used (ex. furniture etc.) are of very low quality. By international standard, I wouldn't say it rates higher than a 2 1/2 stars.

Nice, clean and peaceful

Very nice setting, clean rooms and friendly staff. Lovely view of the mountains. Close to the National park entrance. A few water/adventure activities nearby. Having your own car is better to explore the surroundings as it is quite remote from any big city.

good place to stay, with helpfull staff.

Very good rooms, lovely pool, great location on the river
We had a short stay, longer would have been better, so that we could have explored the National Park more. Took great trip on the dam organized by Nana, well worth the 300Bt each. Coffee shop was good, food was good, free use of bikes was handy for trip into the village.

A welcoming hotel, in touch with nature

Location is very close to Kaeng Krachan national reserve, with a river next to the hotel
the location is very good, perfect for those looking to see kaeng krachan national reserve without having to 'rough it up'. the hotel is situated on a river bank, with easy access for a refreshing swim or a quick paddle down stream.
