Good location, but quality must be improved
Very close to the Emquartier shopping mall. The price is fare, however the cleanliness must be strongly improved. The housekeeper didn't clean my room. When I checked in, there were a toilet paper left in the bin, also with some staff from previous guest. The only thing they did is just made a bad.

Cheap but good
5 minutes to the BTS Skytrain, Expensive shopping at the Emporium 10 minutes away and lots of Japanese Restaurants in the area. No really interesting tourist attractions in the area.

Good location and budget friendly
I was stayed in the economy room on the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor room can't be accessed by elevator. If you are travelling with kids/elder, better if you are mentioning it in the special request. My room don't any window, but fortunately the lighting was bright. There's slightly a disturbing smell when I was first come in, like a new paint kind of smell, but after 5 min the smell was gone. The bathroom sure are small but the hot water comes out without any problem. The sink are having some disturbing stain. Actually I'm not satisfied with the room, BUT considering the price (around US$ 60/ 3 nights) and the location, I would like to recommended it to anyone who are looking for a budget hotel with good location. The Sukhumvit Line BTS station are only 2 min walk, also the convenience store. A lot of food stall are in the neighborhood

Turning Japaneeso
Hotel can best be described as the Thai copy of a 1950's Japanese "Love Hotel". Odd design, very small, rooms look nothing like picture, bathroom was moldy, and construction was happening on two sides of the hotel, but had a king size bed which took up 75% of living area with ample room to perform any number of acts. Breakfast, only an 80 lb geisha girl would find it satisfying. From my room I could almost touch a great new Mall (wifi was available), but in mostly Japanese area. There is a boutique hotel nearby that caters to 1950's Americana, this hotel literally takes you back to a 1950's Japan Love Hotel. Very very cheap for this area of Bangkok, but still not worth the money when you can stay a few stops down on the BTS and get something very nice for the same price. Also very nice park a few blocks that is also a great benefit when staying in Bangkok.

Value for money, close to BTS
Close to BTS Station and famous shopping mall. However the bathroom look obsolete especially the Water Heater, if not change immediately, leakage may possible happen in future.
