Convenient but dont expect good service.
This hotel is about making money not about customer satisfaction or retention and its getting worse. I have stayed many times at this hotel over the years (usually two to three times per year) because its convenient to the airport and link railway. 2 Double executive rooms booked online this trip. On arrival Nasa Vegas demanded extra for single beds which i could not select through the ordering menu on Agoda site it said "Large Single or Two Small" available but did not mention additional price so BEWARE. Staff only offered me twin bed choice if i paid 100 baht per room extra. I could not agree this was my ordering fault but staff unhelpful to change the bed type unless i paid extra. Staff were very uncaring and replied "only doing what the manager ordered" but he was not there ! The staff can have an uncaring and bad attitude to solve a problem, i think they reflect back to the many impolite tourists who use the hotel, it is not my usual experience from Thai service. It is NOT a friendly hotel and grows only interested in making money from petty additional charges (such as bottled drinking water which are available free in so many other hotels), the checkout (1000 baht deposit return) takes up to 20 minutes for the maid to check out the room. Room cleanliness standards are very variable but the cheaper rooms can stink of smoke which i asked for room change in my last visit. Why do they claim no smoking but provide ash trays ??? This used to be a great hotel (albeit a bit run down) and good value with a brilliant traveller's location but it seems making money and not the customer has become the main priority. Too many room options for no reason other than making more money with unclear benefits. Success and popularity is making complacent service. Time to explore alternatives.

The hotel is located far from any attractions and places to visit. The nearest shopping street or mall is located 6km away. The hotel only provides free wifi to their top 2 class of rooms. Rest have to pay on 24 hour basis. The air conditioner was not working properly amd leaking water in our room, even after complaining several times, there was no support from the staff. The rooms were also dull and looked old. The tourist help desk on hotel premise are not helpful and are trying to skim the tourist. Don mueang airport is only 230 baht from the hotel by meter taxi and the tour guide on hotel premise was asking for 1000 baht. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The main thing about this hotel is it's location - it is next to airport train line. Exit from the train station is right at hotels entrance. Hotel itself if not new so the rooms are a bit old, but for one night stay it is very good. The disappointing thing is WiFi - you have to pay for WiFi! This was the only hotel were we had to pay for WiFi in our trip.
