Great location, between River and Khaosan road
Location, Location, Location!
Did I mentioned the location of the hotel is perfect! Right on the quieter corner on the river, but walk outside hotel.. you will get the hustle and bustle of Khaosan Road! The rooms were really clean and nice. Good staff and service.

nice hotel for short trips
cheap, good location
close to kaosan area. if you are looking for a cheap place to stay, it's not bad. but try not to get the room facing the road. it's very noisy at night. there was loud music and car/motocycle deep into the night.

Nice Hotel and Good location
Great location and very clean
Stayed here for one night before returning home. Location is right on the river and it easy to get the boats from next door to see the many sights of Bangkok, its by far the cheapest way. Only a 5 min walk to the Khaosan Rd. Highly recommended for a short stay place to see the sights

Beautiful rooms
Beautiful lobby and rooms
ease of check-in and check-out. Staff closed the pool earlier then posted and would not allow us to use. Rooms boutique and clean. Restaurant downstairs was excellent.

Fabulous hotel on the river
Great roof top pool and location
i have stayed many times at navalai and am always happy at the end of my stay. the staff are very helpful, the rooms clean and modern with private balconies. their restaurant is also very good and being right at the phra athit pier makes getting downtown very easy.

Great location, great hotel
Location, rooms, staff are friendly
We stayed twice on our trip at this hotel. Both times staff and service were excellent. If you want to be near the river and Koh San Road this is the place to stay. The only down side was the restaurant is being refurbished. Once this is done the recommendation is to stay here.

Great Location and Great Service
Location, breakfast, service, airport transfer
We have never been to Bangkok so close proximity to the water taxis with easy access to the major cultural attractions was convenient and easy to figure out. There was also a lot of night life and restaurants on the street. The breakfast area with outdoor seating near the river was great. The rooftop pool and bar area has a lot of potential, but with kids swimming, no one at the bar, and it closing at 8pm, it was not necessarily the best vibe for young couples. The rooms were not as nice as the pictures might suggest, but definitely alright for the price. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Good location, luxury near khao san road
If you want some luxury after backpacking, this is your place to be. Perfectly located close to Khao San road and with a nice (but small) pool on the roof. Great to chill :-) The restaurant had good reviews, but the chef was probably off the day we had dinner there; it was too expensive and simply tasteless.

Great location but average hotel (not 4 *)
Location close to pier 13 allows you to reach any part of Old Town in a different way!
Hotel is not a real 4 star. It is clean but there is nothong really special, cossy. Pictures from site are slightly misleading (rooms are smaller and no Thai touch in modern decoration). Staff is polite but not willing to help or particularly nice. Lobby / entrance is quite small but nice.
