Good for short trips
Modern design, clean room and fast internet
Enjoyed it only because it was a short stay. Things could have been better if the hotel staff were more friendly and attentive to customers. Rather, they preferred to be rude and slow in response to phone complaints about their faulty aircon and showerhead. Not sure if it's a good place to stay anymore.

Excellent room, excellent pool excellent everythin
Massive room, great pool, awesome
We had a 1 bedroom apartment on the 18 th floor and it was just awesome. The room was so big and really lovely big windows. There is a full kitchen with fridge so you can pop into the supermarket next door, get yourself a nice bottle of wine and enjoy it with the awesome view. Not much to cook with utensil wise, but quick snacks no probs. ask for a river view if it's available, the other way is great as well. This is a little distance from the city centre but they have a shuttle bus several times a day, a taxi costs about 15 rm and you can walk in about 30mins. It's an interesting walk actually and easy to follow the river. The pool is also great after a hot day, or first thing in the morning! We had a really great stay, couldn't have been happier!

Quiet surroundings
Large bed & great air conditioning
Room size is satisfactory but carpet need to be change due to unpleasant odor and cigarette smell. Good location to Kuching city, approximately 5 minutes by taxi that cost RM15 per trip.alfresco pub serve delicious western food such as lamb chop. Beer price is reasonable and the main attractive part is the karaoke sound system with it's great quality of sound. The down side is the shopping mall outlet is not impressing.

luxury pleasant stay
comfortable bed, attentive staff, nice night city view
This was the first time I stayed in 360 urban resort hock lee center, in which we got a room in 17th floor, tower b (a non smoking one). The room are comfortable except for the "dust" smell on our first day. However, the good points were the availability of the affordable airport shuttle and free city shuttle bus. The drawback was city center 30 minutes walking distance.

Comfortable
Clean, quiet, fast check-in/out
Comfortable beds, large room. But hotel feels old, and the colour scheme makes the ambience dull. Only one computer at the lobby was functioning, and it is way too slow. Pool is small and many guests were swimming with clothes on, making it rather unhygienic. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast. The variety couldn't be sadder and the taste was bad. Simple dishes like fried noodles/rice were horrible; chicken nuggets which tasted like genetically engineered food; butter which was more like tasteless margerine/planta; and jam which looked pretty much like coloured jelly. The only edible food were perhaps the nasi lemak and eggs. All in all, a quiet, old hotel with only good beds and large rooms to offer.
