Recent Stay in Nest Boutique Hotel
Value for Money, Great Location
Overall is good, just need to improve on cleanliness. There are always yellow/blood stains on the bed sheet but the hotel didn't change it. When I asked for room cleaning, no refill on water, shampoo/shower gel and toilet paper. Need to improve their staff internal communication as well as everytime I informed and paid for late check out, they still call me at 12.30pm to ask again. It actually quite disturbing. However I still think this hotel is value for money.

Good location, Value for Money but some dirty
Cheap, near to monorail station, staff friendly
Staying for 1 night, such a nice location. Just only 2 mins walking distance to monorail. Nice and friendly staff. Slightly disappointed for the dirty bed.There is a few hair left on the bed and pillow. The bathroom quite clean but the shower water not enough hot. The most important is hygiene for the hotel for guest to stay comfortable. The air-conditioning is quite dirty. Please services on time. So far tv channel only a few from Astro. Have sport ch for those would like to watch sport like football live. Please improve the cleanliness.

Great Location, Average Hotel

Beds are comfortable, bathroom is sized nicely, and the location is really good. However, the hotel is noisy with conversations and the "ding" of the elevator bell traveling down the hall. The staff, while responsive to a face-to-face request, are a bit indifferent to guest needs, particularly the night staff who just didn't want to be bothered. The rooms were consistently dirty and never really cleaned and the walls are dirty with grime in many places. Given that the flooring is tile, it wouldn't take much effort or attention to keep them clean but they were never really cleaned, just swept, though not very thoroughly. While the bathrooms are large enough to move around and not feel crowded, the sleeping area of the rooms are small and the space is tight so you won't have much room to move around. Plus the rooms don't have windows so don't expect to see the sun while you're in your room. Best things about this hotel: location, bath size, comfortable beds, and reasonably fast and reliable internet. Worst things: floors in rooms are not clean and walls are dirty, loud if guests on your floor are noisy, and the staff is largely indifferent. Because of our disappointment with the Nest Boutique Hotel, we looked for a better hotel for bringing the next group and found one much better in the same area and at the same price.

Good hotel
Cozy design and nothing else
Amenities in the room is very limited: there is no electric kettle, cups/mugs, hair dryer provided in the room (but can be requested from the reception); poor amenities. Reception has a very strong cigarette smell. WiFi signal was super weak on the 4th floor. Bad sound proof too, as you can clearly listen to the conversation/snoring next door. No free car park provided; you do need to walk quite a distance to park your car and get charged for the parking fee. The room was extremely small. Other than these, other aspects were moderate.

NestBTQ Hotel
Location, Value for money, condition
Stayed there for 3 nites. Location was great, easy access to transport and food was easy to find. Few things for improvement. One, was there was no 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Please Make My Room' tag. Second, toilet rolls were damp when check in and shower gels/shampoo and toilet were not replenish daily, towels not change. Third, limited tv channels. Only 3 available. Rest were ok other than the above
