as bad as it gets
Holding a valid reservation was not enough, we had to call (international) Agoda to convince the rude receptionist to check us in. Even all our attempt to get the wifi password spelled were unsuccessful. In the small old, worn out room we had an army of ants sharing our bedroom and a broken lukewarm shower. Depressing. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, we checked out the following morning instead. It was more than enough.

An awful experience
We wish before you list this hotel in your list do some background check. This New Un( Happy) hotel deserved to be awarded one of the worst hotel in Singapore. Stayed 3 nights , it was a nightmare, no house keeping as per the receptionist housekeeping available only on weekends, blood stained bedsheets and pillow covers, bedbugs & cockroaches scrawls everywhere, no wifi, terrible aircon. So it was a nightmare during our stay here.

Worst services.
Worst services and worst host. No importance given to guests. Waiting time is too high. If check-in is at 2:00 PM, then the room keys are given at 3:00 PM. This is ridiculous. Worst Manager. I give 0 ratings to this hotel..

Terrible Experience in Singapore
I stayed at this hotel for a couple days. For the day I arrived, the lift was broken down and I needed to take my heavy luggage to my room by myself (this problem had been fixed on the next day). My room was very small and very dirty. The bed frame was broken and I could feel the spring underneath that made me didn't sleep well all these days. The bathroom had some dark stains, this hotel provided soap only (no shampoo) and didn't provide enough toilet paper (bring your own toilet paper?). Each floor had some instructions in wifi usage, however, the SSID can't be located by my mobile phone all the times. I told the staff that the wifi didn't work and he told me he would fix it later. The wifi worked "fine" later but the connection wasn't stable and disconnected easily. The hygiene for this hotel was extremely extremely extremely poor. The staff will tidy up your room if he/she is happy (but no one knows when he/she is happy). The staff told me to give her the room card for tidying up my room. I didn't give it to her as I was afraid I couldn't enter my room if the staff wasn't in this hotel and I couldn't get it back. Thus, she got angry and "reminded" me not to lose the room card. However, I knew that the staff should have spare room card to enter my room. The number for the staff to tidy up my room was less than half of the days I stayed at this hotel. The most interesting thing was that he/she entered my room to switch off the air conditioner but not tidied up my room. I got three types of attacks during my stay. They included the ant, cockroach and spider respectively. The most friendly one was the spider and went far away from me when I came close to him. The ant was the second most friendly and it just took something from my discarded beverage can. The most terrible one, the cockroaches (around 20), went to my bed and kissed my head, went inside my luggage, went inside my shoes... I killed around 8 out

Basic Hotel
The comfort room was big, the aircon was ok and the place is near eating joints
The bed only had a fleece blanket on top of the bed sheet. The fleece blanket is old and rough already. There is no hanger in the room. A door hook is the only place to hang your clothes. The internet router on the 5th floor does not connect. Luckily the one on the 6th floor had a strong signal and was good enough to get wifi connection.
