Bad location

The location is away from everything. Tuk Tuk drivers outside ask for 2 USD to get you to Pub Street. Hotel staff offered to arrange for a Tuk Tuk driver for my day trip to Angkor park for 30 USD but English speaking drivers standing outside the hotel wanted only 15 USD. In the room, shower curtain was very dirty. Water heater in the bathroom looked unsafe and was inconvenient to use. Breakfast was very ordinary and the coffee actually tasted bad.

Lovely hotel with lots of cultural ambience

Nice decor and friendly staff
The hotel decorated the cultural way. The hotel experience make my vacation a memorable one! Can improve on the food though. Requested for them to arrange transport, well arranged! Thanks to the front office staff!

A awful experience

absolutely nothing
During our trip in Cambodia Vietnam and Malaysia it was the wort hotel we have stayed in. The location, stuff, rooms, facilities and manager is as low as it can get. We have booked a superior room, it was supposed to be a 35sq.m room with some of basic facilities like safety box. It was rather 15sq m there was nothing in the room and it was dirty. We asked the receptionist for a room we have ordered but he couldn't help us we had to wait for the manager who then told us it was the room we booked and it fulfils all of the criteria. We went to the room with him and he was still convincing us that it has to be like that and there is no other possibilities to solve our problem. And the location is another sad story.

OK but far from the action

my stay at new siem reap hotel was a little disapointing.l have been to siem reap many times over the last few years and have never stayed in that area and question if it is in the central area.the walk from there would take at least 30 mins to go to the tourist night spots.the hotel was ok but again in need of some tlc and money input.breakfast was nice, the room large, decor ok,service good.l was in an ajoining room with a connecting door, unfortunately l could hear every word that they spoke(my ajoining neighbours)even though they spoke softly.

a very good hotel

good location and reasonable price
we sent a great time in seam reap. it seems all cambodian people are honest and friendly. the hotel setting was charming and the suite modern and very tastefully decorated. . the breakfasts were of excellent quality and were overly generous and sitting at the table by the lake was soothing. this place has the great mix of being a little flash but with a homely feel.

good room but location is not great

spacious room
the hotel location is quite far away from the old market which they should offer free tuk tuk like other hotels the room is good we had a really good last minute deal from agoda so its worth it...but according to hotel website price...i won't pay that price to stay at this hotel
