A bit disappointing
The hotel is quite old, the bathroom was not completely clean and is quite hard to communicate with the staff in english even though they tried. The breakfast was a bit lame, 2 toast and eggs (that was fine) the coffee not that good. The really good thing about this hotel is that they let us stay a couple of hours (even using the hall computer) while we were waiting for our train to depart!! That was really nice.

Best hotel I stayed in Bangkok!
I've been Bangkok many times darting from place to place using Bangkok as a base camp. This was the best hotel I stayed in! The staff were incredibly nice, super helpful. The room is perfect for a little stop for the weekend. Room service and room cleaned daily fresh towels toiletries and more. Minus the location being a little far from any decent food. 10/10! I'll sure be returning.

I got treated like a king
Hotel is situated in calm area near to Khaosan Road. Bus stop is 1 min walking distance (for busses to Siam - BTS), long tail boat service stop in channels is app. 5 min. The gold mountain temple is 5/10 min, the chinese town 10/15 min. Rooms are big and clean (according to eropean standards). Shower was working perfectly (hot watter, watter preasure). Our room included pretty everything what you can need. Electric kettle, daily refilled drinkable watter, instant coffee and tea. In morning you can order cheap breakfast in hotel or walk to near 7/11 shop (max 5 min). In neighbourhood you can find a famous restaurant cooking traditional Pad Thai noodles. Place is opened even around midnight, when everything else is already closed. Stuff was higly professional, polite and friendly. They treated us with honest. So far my most favourit hotel in Bangkok. And owners - such an incredible sweet cuple. Wish them all best...

Bad location but good price
It is very difficult to find and a mistake on Agoda GPS. But cheap, clean and quiet, the staff were very kindly and helpful. And there is a very beautiful girl on the receptionist who has experience studying abroad.

Clean, Comfortable Bed
Easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful and were at the front desk at 3am when we checked. Our room was small with the bathroom being one of the smallest I have ever seen. The shower head was missing which made having a shower interesting. The bed was big enough for two and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. There was a small window but couldn't see much. There is a safe. Ours didn't work by entering a key code. We went to reception for help and they gave us the master key. There are nearby attractions and we did wallk to the Grand Palace but it is a bit of a walk - I wouldn't walk there if you find it difficult to walk distances or find hot weather uncomfortable for walking. We read that there was a surcharge for the wifi but when we went to ask, it was free. They gave us a user name and password and it worked ok. There is also a MacDonalds nearby with free wifi when you make a purchase. Overall, a decent place if you are looking for a comfortable bed on a short stay.
