Good Location, Fair Prices and clean
Maria L. Couples Australia, July 13, 2013
Very comfortable room, free wifi included

Location, price and friendly staff
Only stayed 1 night but it was very comfortable and quiet at night, very good location but there were building works going on around the hotel so the street was blocked off and scaffolding surrounded the front entrance. A little bit awkward trying to enter the hotel because of building works and the cafe next door having lots of tables and chairs in the path of the front entrance.

Good hotel in the centre of a major renovation

location and helpfull staff
The hotel has a mini bar and a nespresso machine which is unusual for hotels at this price level.Only problem is a slippery bathtub with no non slip mat.Breakfast is fine.Marseille is a wonderful city but as the entire vieux port area is under renovation until end 2013 you might want to give this area the slip for accomodation

Very nice location, good stuff, wonderful view

Not big rooms, but it is OK, all what you need to feel the city, tea and coffee in the room Free
I prefer this hotel- from one hand of my room bell tower. , other View Port, hospitality staff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Location in the historical center, just 2 minutes to the Port and boat to the Chatou D"IF, rue Canabiere , Musee Mode...

It's small but nice

You are in the one of the best location in Marseille, you can go to harbor in 2 min to get the most famous spot of this city; and the room is quiet old, but very clean and cosy, especially the bathroom is very fit with my expect. Breakfast is ok, but not too recommend.
James G. Couples Australia, February 10, 2011
Top location with friendly service.

Service, location, style of room
A good place to stay in Marseille if you want to be within walking distance to most of the main attractions. Rooms are of a comfortable size with a Nespresso machine one of the highlights, however the coffee is not free. The room is well decorated and the bathrooms are immaculate. Views from the hotel rooms leave something to be desired however.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Take a walk up to Notre Dame de la Garde, its not as far as it looks and can be done in about twenty minutes if you follow the signs.

New Hotel - Vieux Port, Marseille

unbeatable location, good value-for-money, staff very friendly and helpful
This property is ideally located at the mouth of Marseille´s Old Port. It is adjacent to a subway and within a couple blocks of the tram. At the same time, it is a 15-minute walk from Saint Charles station (main train station in Marseille). Virtually all tourist attractions are within walking distance - or within very easy reach on public transportation. Staff members go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. By French standards, the hotel breakfast exceeded my expectations. Standard rooms have good size - particularly the bathrooms that have nice tile decorations. I really can´t say there was anything that I did not like!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: When you are finished touring Marseille, you will be wise to take day-trips to attractive locations like Arles or Aix-en-Provence. Both are less than 1 hour by train from Saint Charles Station. If you arrive in Marseille by plane, you may wish to ride the airport buses into the city (buses run in both directions every 20 minutes).
