Description

NH Collection Frankfurt City Center is the perfect place to stay for business and leisure travelers. It´s only five minutes from Frankfurts´ world-famous exhibition hall, while the city center, the stock market, and the financial district are just a few minutes´ walk away. The world-famous Zeil is only a two-minute walk from the hotel, and there is easy access to Sachsenhausen’s museums and nightlife. There is also easy access via public transport right in the middle of Frankfurt am Main.

The hotels´ 256 rooms include eight suites, 11 superior rooms, and three balcony superior rooms. Extremely Awful and Terrible Service
Stayed at this hotel twice on a single trip when we were travelling between cities in Germany and had to be back at Frankfurt to fly home, and the service we've received here is the WORST I've ever received in any other hotels, any other cities or countries. Firstly, when we checked out, we left 10 baggages in the care of the concierge, as our flight was only in the evening at 10pm, so we would return to pick up our baggages and had a driver booked to pick us to the airport. When we left our baggages with the concierge staff, we made sure to check that they put on tags for each piece. That evening we came back with ALL 10 of our baggage tags to collect our baggages, but 1 piece was missing. And that piece was a hand-carry paper bag, contents being: 1 newly-bought german wooden cuckoo clock, 1 Olympus camera bag, and all of our receipts for tourists' tax-refunds. What's worse was that the hotel concierge staff strongly and adamantly insisted that "someone from our group" came back during the day to take the piece of baggage away. However, we had ALL 10 of our tags with us, and we travelled together as a family. How's that possible? So we questioned them - how is it that "someone" could pick up our baggage WITHOUT the tag issued by the hotel itself? That is an accusation made towards us, trying to shift the blame upon us, without proper checking and basis, and we reserve all rights to pursue this. Secondly, the staff at the concierge shot back at us with a really terrible service attitude, saying "It's not my fault!" - which I clarified quickly afterwards by saying "I'm not saying it's your fault, but shouldn't the hotel be responsible for my missing baggage?". Is the hotel trying to tell me that our missing baggage that was left in the care of the hotel not their fault, but mine, when I came back with all 10 tags? Thirdly, there was an Evening Manager present in the office just behind the concierge, yet, when we requested to speak to the Manager, he

Very happy with my stay here!
Loved my stay in NH Frankfurt. It is only 1 block away from the station and is located in a quiet enough area. Room was comfy, sheets were impeccable and the bathroom space is well utilized. Loved their amenities. Went up to the restaurant to buy coffee and they gave it to me for free. Would not think twice about staying here again.
