We did not enjoy our experience at this hotel. The parking was outside, beside the hotel and we were charged $20 per night. The internet was not complimentary even though the best western and holiday Inn down the street were free! For the amount we paid and with the Marriott name, I expected more.

The room was directly infront of the falls! We stayed on the 29th floor and had an awesome view once we opened the door to the room! the hotel is near many eateries and walking distance to the falls...

the service is not good
there are 2 fee for wifi we paid the fee for wi-fi for 5 days, but we can just use 1 day. second day, we can not login again. in fact, we also asked the the staff in check-in desk, but she just told us to call "0" and ask another one. However, we have more trip schedule; we don't have time to solve the wi-fi problem by myself in hotel. finally, we give up to use their wi-fi, and no refund the money...

great falls view
Our travel agent researched and booked the Marriott Niagara Falls Gateway On The Falls Hotel, and we couldn't have been happier with the hotel. The location cannot be beaten and our room had a full length window overlooking the falls - wonderful. As it was winter we had several meals in the hotels outlets, and whilst not cheap (compared to the cafes and restaurants in town) the quality of food, presentation and service were impeccable. So, all in all, a great stay and an highly recommended hotel.

Quiet yet convenient location, WeGo Bus Station right in front of the hotel
The room is standard...very clean and tidy...the floor to ceiling view is unforgettable...slippers and toothbrush weren't provide...which is a bit unexpectable from a 4-5 stars hotel...WeGo bus station is just right in front of the hotel...the parking is reasonable with $20...
