ideal place to do sightseeing in Tokio

location - not far from the centre of Tokio, close to underground and local train stations

The hotel is located at the main street, but the rooms are very quiet (double glazing) and you don't get the street noise in your room. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day, sheets and towels also changed every single day. The room was pretty tiny, but had everything you need - a table, a tv set (Japanese channels only, though), free internet access (wi-fi, and cable),a kettle (and one bag of green tea for each person), a hairdryer and a small fridge. They also provide you with a toothpaste and toothbrush, a razor, a shampoo, conditioner and body soap. You also get a night gown and slippers. The only drawback was that it was far too hot in the room. No possibility to open the window or turn the heating down (we were staying end November, beginning of December). Don't know how the air-conditioning works in the summer... All-in-all it's definitely worth recommending and if I were to come back to Tokyo, I would definitely stay there again :)
Travel tip: If this is the only place you're gonna stay in, then you don't have to take any towels with you, or toothpaste and toothbrush, no shampoo or body soap, as it's all is provided. There's also a kettle and cups, ana a small fridge. If you come in the cold season, be prepared that the rooms are terribly hot and it's impossible to open the window.

Nice friendly hotel, good location, good price

Good location, cheap
7.7
The hotel was good. Great location (minutes from subway, and jr station.) plenty of family marts, 7/11s etc nearby (as per usual in Japan) nice supermarket around the corner.
Travel tip: Make sure of your bearings! North south etc! A pocket compass helps, save you from walking the wrong direction in the freezing rain like us!

Lovely, Affordable and Convenient Hotel

It is very near to train station. Exit from the train station, walk less than 1 min to arrive as it is just right in front after exit door.
8.3
The hotel is small but enough for solo or couple. Most important is it is economical hence affordable for Asian tourist. The location is super good because it is just 1 min away from the exit door (C4) of train station. Surrounding of the hotel and cross a bridge, you can see some shops. My friends (male) stay at Capsule room. Comments from them are good. Capsule is very cheap. Unfortunately Capsule is only for man. Hopefully later they will open for woman also.

A real great place nothing to complained first time to experienced a heated toilet seat But that is really cool the staff very friendly the hotel is very clean so is everything else I want to thank the hotel staff very very friendly and helpful the coustomet service is beyond then the American standarded I would stay there again and highly recommend this place to anyone The hotel is located in the asakusabahi area and very close to all major train stations If you are a newbie the best way to get there is take the limousine bus to tokyo city airterminal buy a round trip ticket it is good for 30 days then take taxi to hotel but show printout of hotel voucher to taxi driver It has hotel directions but make sure you have hotel voucher highly recommend make 4 copies and don't delete the main reason you will use hotel voucher to check in And use the 2nd copy to checkout just to cover The other two in case you lost and keep on file in case you need to print there is a Internet cafe heading towards asakusabahi station on foot best bet is to ask the business on the way somebody will help You need a passport and pay for a membership card for life

Rooms small, but adequate for short stays.

Two stops from Toyko. Staff tried very hard to assist us with our request/needs
7
Looking at the picture I thought the room would be bigger. Was told that there was a laundry available. This was true but it failed to state that the the laundry was a coin opperated one outside the hotel. True it was only two stops from the Toyko but when you arrive at the station make sure that you go out the correct exit (4C) as there is a choice of at least 5 exits. Also note that although it is only a couple of mintues walk from the station there are no elevators/lifts so be prepared to carry any suitcases that you may have.
Travel tip: See above tip re station exit and no lifts. As Toyko station was so close when we left we caught a taxi, which was much better than trying to go down the steps with our bags

Great location

very safe

this is the 4th time i'm staying at this hotel. Best about it is direct train from Narita on JR Sobu Line without any transfer, alight at Bakurocho station. Now with added wifi in the hotel rooms and new drinks vending machine, its so convenient for everybody. But the wifi is a little lagging due to the amount of people staying in the hotel, however, can still use cable to access internet on laptop.
Shopping Tip: Walk behind the hotel, u will get asakusabashi station. Here you access to Akihabara and shop at Yodobashi. An 8-storey electronic shop. From Bakurocho station, 2 stops will reach Tokyo station. Easy shopping access.

Nice place for an affordable price

Quiet and clean place
8
This hotel is located in a business district of Tokyo. It is very quiet and from the subway it is a 5-minutes walk. The room was absolutely clean, but pretty small (as everywhere in Japan). There is Internet only via LAN-cable in the room. If you don't have breakfast included, you can just walk 2 minutes to the junction where you find a place called "Square Café". They have got delicious café and bakery/pizza. From Nihonbashi Villa hotel, it is easy to go to Asakusa or Akihabara.

Comfortable hotel that offers good value for money

Well-located, wifi (for those who must be connected)
8.7
the nihonbashi villa hotel is a no-frills hotel that offers a clean and comfortable place to rest after a long day out. it is fairly conveniently located, with three stations (on both jr and toei lines, but not on tokyo metro) and many affordable food joints, cafes and marts in close proximity. for those who absolutely cannot live without being connected to the internet (many, judging from the fact that the lobby was always crowded), this hotel offers free wifi in its lobby. at first, it may seem like it is in a part of town that has nothing interesting. however, the sumida-ku area has its own charm that grows on you after some time, and definitely merits a discovery stroll.
Restaurant Tip: If you can, try the Japanese restaurant next to the hotel.

super convenient hotel with friendly smiles

best location, just rite above the train station that connects to airport
8.7
very safe and convenient hotel...can access to all parts of tokyo with ease and there's a view of tokyo skytree after u cross to the opposite side...free internet in the room, free wi-fi at the lobby...clean room, though rather small...safe for lone traveller.
Shopping Tip: there's alot of shops nearby and its cheap...food and train stations are located nearby the hotel. Behind the hotel the Asakusabashi station can lead you to tokyo electric town Akihabara with just one stop.
