for the price, it exceeds my expectation

friendly staff, room service, free bottles of water everyday
Great! The manager and the whole staff (January) are nice, warm and friendly. They arranged my breakfast to be prepared earlier so I can start with my Angkor Wat temple run early. The location is a bit far from the central downtown so you have to buy food/goods before coming back.

Excellent Hotel

Impressive service, reasonable price, convenient location
While Nikkivinsi rates itself as a 3 star hotel, I feel that the management is being way too humble. They provided a beautiful room for a really reasonable price and the location was convenient to boot. I would say we got more than we bargained for when we were provided with free pick up service from the bus station which was located in the middle of nowhere. A single call to the hotel and they sent over their pick-up van in less than 10 minutes. The van driver also happens to be the go to tuk tuk driver for the hotel and we promptly booked him for the entire day for our trip to Angkor Wat. He charged us a really reasonable price and even sent his colleague to wait for us the next day because his wife was in the hospital. If you're out there, Mr Nil, I hope you and your wife are safe and sound. The hotel management team provided us with suggestions on other places to go besides Angkor Wat and they had excellent knowledge on various tourist attractions within the area. I'll definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Siam Reap, Cambodia.

You'll get more than you pay for! they're the best

safe location, great value for money, very polite and trustworthy staff
excellent customer service! They were very hospitable, dependable and trustworthy. a big thank you to the awesomeness of the owner and staff for providing us a stress free and enjoyable vacation! we were able to relax and make the most of our stay for they were very supportive in helping us find the best option in getting around Siem Reap. the family room exceeded my expectations in providing comfort and privacy--- its nice layout with adjoining room, it has 2 bathrooms, wifi , flat screen tvs(with cable)and split type ACs in each room, nice little fridge, they clean the room everyday and changes the towels too, they've got huge beds with comfy sheets. They also provide bottled water everyday and I also enjoy their espresso which is amazingly cheap from their cafe. truly a great value for money for everything this place has to offer.

Two nights to visit Angkor temples

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room itself was clean and the location was great for visiting the famed temples.
We slept well, there was not too much noise from the street. The breakfast was simple (simple sandwiches & fruit), thought the coffee was very good! The aircon pipe leaked onto the bathroom floor, which was constantly wet. There was no shower curtain or floor towel either, we had to ask for some sort of towel. The hotel organised bikes for us to rent for the day, which were rather on the pricey side (I suggest researching places to rent bikes beforehand that are cheaper than 8.00 USD/day, we say many such places on our trips into town.) Getting to town is just a 2.00 USD tuktuk ride away, so quite convenient as well.

Value for money

Room was huge, staff were friendly and helpful, near to Angkor Temples
It is a relatively new hotel with basic facilities. I think it is a family-run hotel but the staff are very friendly and try to answer all my questions. When I needed to leave the hotel early for the Angkor Wat sunrise, they packed food for me to bring along. From my conversation with the managing director, they are in the midst of upgrading the facilities like improving the water pressure in the bathroom, changing the TV sets to flat-screen TVs, adding new lights / fans, etc. There's room for improvement in terms of the facilities and training of the staff but my stay had been comfortable, considering the price I paid (with Agoda's promotion). Would like to see the place again after all the upgrades, etc. the only downside, if any, if the distance from downtown. However, being away from the downtown also mean the hotel is quiet, which I like.

Good hotel

spacious room, real coffee with breakfast, near Angkor wat
Staff was friendly, room was comfortable and spacious, 1$ bike rental useful as hotel is away from town (but near Angkor wat). The breakfast was a bit disappointing.
