Wish to have air-con cos the room is stuffy

1. Variety selections of food nearby the hotel 2. Good hospitality 3. Walling distance to the mall
We have great experience during our stay and will definitely come back due to variety of food selections nearby the hotel.

Nice hotel but next to Cemetery

Big Twin-bedded room, close to walk from Shinjuku
Pros: Quite a good room for twin bedded room. Comfortable and clean. Near to metro, near to Shinjuku train station. Many restaurants around. Just opposite it is a big drugstore where there is a lot of brands for cosmetics. Cons: Next to cemetery. Cos we always walk back from Shinjuku Station we have to pass by the cemetery to get to the lift. Give us the creeps. Shower not very strong.

Away from the bustle of Shinjuku

Good location, clean, polite staff
I was challenged in finding my way to the hotel from Shinjuku Station--a good landmark is the Sukiya Restaurant on Kotakibashi Dori (the main street), from where one turns onto the access road. My stay was pleasant save for the rather thin walls--noise from the corridor can be disturbing. I appreciated the complimentary internet, free-flowing Lavazza coffee, and amenities not found in other 3-star hotels (like facial toner and moisturizer, and even hair scrunchies) available in drawers in the lobby. TV shows offered are all in Japanese although there are also some films in English loaded in the video box. The bed provided a good sleep and the bathroom was clean. For the price, I would probably stay here again.

value for money

staff friendliness, near to train station and malls and cleanliness
Good. However it is quite a distance from the bus terminal where you have to drag all your luggage from the hotel to the bus terminal through all the people and stairs.

Great stay

Location. Affordable. Excellent staff.
We stayed for 2 nights. It's a fairly new building so the rooms were modern and clean. This hotel was perfect for us as it was very affordable, close enough to JR Shinjuku and had plenty of night life around. But the hotel was still set back on a quiet street. The pillows were nice, had a great sleep both nights. Will be back again.

Affordable, well-positioned hotel.

Its location; our room was clean if in need of refurbishment; it had all facilities, including self-wash laundry.
This was a pleasant hotel, quiet and easily accessible, close to the centre of Shinjuku, 5 minutes from the main Metro station and a 15 minute walk from the Tokyo Metropolitan Building, a free high view (45th floor) over all Tokyo. It is in an area where there are many small, back-street restaurants - from Japanese seafood specialists, to Thai, to Organic (which was our favourite.) As in all large 'suburbs' of Tokyo, there were all the shopping centres/department stores/tech stores you could want. The hotel is older and is nearing its refurbishment date, I am sure. We were concerned that the self-service laundry, which had washing machines and dryers, and only required 300 yen to operate the washing machines - while claiming that washing detergent was automatically supplied by the machines, seemingly did not. After our clothing dried, we were very suspicious that no detergent had been added...
