Super leuk hotel met ontzettend lief personeel

we hebben het reuze naar ons zin gehad
erg behulpzaam personeel
erg prettig dat wij hier onze tour konden boeken naar halong en sapa

Met de hele familie in Hanoi

Hallo, wij komen net na meerdere dagen te Hanoi uit dit hotel. Het is ons enorm bevallen. De medewerkers zijn ultravriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is ok. Wij zaten met onze familie van 4 op 1 4-persoons kamer. Is prima te doen.

fijn hotel op de goede plaats
Centraal in oude wijk, aardig personeel, twin bedded is voldoende groot voor familie met 2 kids

We verbleven uiteindelijk 4 nachten in dit hotel. Zeer behulpzame medewerkers en de kamers zijn netjes, het ontbijt is prima en grootste voordeel is dat het aan de rand van het oude stadsdeel ligt. Hotel is goed bereikbaar met de taxi

Prima hotel direct gelegen in Old Quarter. Alles is makkelijk te voet te bereiken, goede/snelle incheckservice, schone kamers. Dit hotel was onze uitvals(overnachtings)basis voor meerdere tripjes in het Noorden.

Goed hotel in het centrum van Hanoi

Prima hotel om alles van Hanoi te ontdekken, kan ook wel eens koud zijn maar deze airco heeft een warmtestand die uitstekend werkt. Was geen overbodige luxe bij 6gr overdag. Op 600mtr van Hoan Kiem meer, daaromheen speelt alles zich af in het centrum. Bedden zijn hard maar goed. Letten goed op welke gasten er nog niet zijn, anders dan bij andere hotels waar je voor een écht gesloten deur komt te staan. Je moet wel de nachtwaker wakker kloppen maar werkt altijd!
Uitgaansleven tip:
Om de hoek op Hang Bé zit Le Pub, een bar met pubfood geleidt door een Zweed. Deze is tot laat open, goede muziek en leuke bediening. Kunt daar prima eten tot sluitingstijd!!!

Very good hotel with great location, relly recommend it for both single / couple / family. Staffs are very hèlpful too . Rooms are cosy and clean!!

This was by far the best experience weve had while travelling yet. The value for money is great, with reasonably priced rooms. I will recomend here to all my friends when travelling to hanoi. The location was perfect, the staff were brillant and couldn't do enough for us. Even when we returned to collect our bags following a Halong bay cruise they immediately offered us their shower facilities even though we werent staying another nite. They organised a brillant Halong Bay cruise for us and taxis everywhere.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else the next time im in Hanoi.

Clean hotel centrally located

The receptionist was very helpful and smiling. The hotel has a good location very convenient to visit the city and enjoy the few bars located nearby. My room was quite spacious with 2 double bed, a desktop, a massage chair and very clean.
The on drawback was that there wasn't any window but anyway as the only time I spent there was at night for sleeping that was OK.

I had a fantastic stay, the staff were helpful and friendly, they stored my luggage for free while I went to Sapa and Halong bay...gave me early check in...just marvellous...going back again!
