Luggage deposit: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 11 AM. If you need to leave your luggage before or after those times, you may come directly to the main office address where they will store them for you. Please note that this service is only possible during working hours (9 AM - 6 PM) and excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Key return: Upon departure, please carefully follow the instructions regarding where to leave the keys which are always located in a frame placed nearby the entrance door. If you may not locate this information, please leave the keys on the living room table and bang the door. Please note that any missing key set will be charged 150 EUR each.
Loss of keys: In case of loss of keys during your stay or keys forgotten within the apartment, please note that you may immediately contact their 24h/7 phone number. Depending on the type of actions required to open the door and the time of the action required (overnight, weekend, or bank holiday period) the locksmith charges will be at your charge. Thanks in advance to carefully look at your keys and ensure not to leave them on the back door upon departure.
CLEANING: During your stay you will be entitled to a weekly cleaning (for stays more than 6 nights) with change of bed and bath linen. Upon arrival your bed will be made and bath linen provided as well as amenities and cleaning kit. They are also proposing additional cleaning at a supplementary cost.
For security reasons, the instructions to obtain the key will be sent to you a few days before your arrival on the email address you may have filled when processing the booking. If you are travelling a long time before your arrival and cannot be reached, please let them know. Their office is open from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT CHECK-IN TIME IS 4 PM AND THAT KEYS WILL NOT BEEN PLACED BEFORE THAT TIME FOR SECURITY REASONS.

Huisdieren zijn toegestaan tegen een additionele toeslag van 300 EUR per nacht per huisdier.
Guests arriving after 12:00 AM or on the weekend are required to go to the Bridgestreet office and then call the hotline to receive instructions on how to enter the building and access the safety deposit box containing the room keys.
