Great location, lovely spacious rooms some flaws

I stayed in room 6 on the 2nd floor. The room was VERY spacious, lavish and just awesome. The only drawbacks during my stay were:
1. (not) Hot shower: boiler was tiny, so you'll only have nice hot water for about 3 min. Then it's kinda lukewarm.
2. WiFi: probably an issue in that specific room, but Wifi, for which we paid extra, did not reach our room. We had to go out to the lobby and connect. It was really annoying and frustrating.
3. Staff leave and room service ends at midnight. Also the room service food is a hit and miss.
Good stuff:
1. Staff extremely helpful and nice.
2. The location is exceptional
3 min walk. Wonderful...
Uitgaansleven tip:
Party hard and just walk back to the hotel. Just perfect.

Lovely hotel with beautiful room decor .

Our stay in Casa Baga was a memorable one . We liked the comfort and hospitality offered . Room decor was very unique and nice . Breakfast too was varietied and good in taste . Only thing we thought could better our stay was room service ( Offering menu based food items in room service ) .
We look forward to visiting this place again .

A nice & compact boutique hotel with good location
Is close to Baga and on a busy road on the northern side of Goa... rooms are nice and are well furnished

Was a good & comfortable stay , with hotel kitchen offering flexibility to meet the diatery requirements of our young child (3 Yrs).
Overall good experience, but do not expect the hotel to offer you anything flashy .. its a nice and compact hotel. So if you are only used to the flashy ones .. then this is not the one for you. Dining options are limited but they serve good food. Breakfast range is limited.Kitchen is not 24 Hrs..
Very close to Baga beach 2 min away by foot...

Good Location, Polite Staff but horrible rooms

Poor standard for the tarrif per night charged.
The room alloted to us had direct sun with TIN roof and the AC not working. The room was then changed but none of the rooms had a Fridge or a Kettle. Even Hair dryer or Iron was not available even on request.
The bathroom had no drain on the toilet side, so when you shower the complete bathroom would flood and one had to jump over to reach the wash basin and had to sit in a pool of water to use the WC.
The cleanliness was very bad - we had gone to the beach only on the first day there and the sand from the first day was there in the room till the last day inspite of the room being cleaned every day. The bedside table was never wiped and the dust was thick.
The cupboards were full of dust, so we lived out of the suitcase.
There was no facility to call out of Goa, even in India or outside India. If anyone receives a call, they have to run down into the reception as the telephone line could not be transfered to the room. From the room telephone we could not dial out.
The breakfast was not buffet.
The staff were very polite and helpful. That was one positive point. The location of the hotel was also good.
