Bernadette M. (Echt)paren Netherlands, 13 november 2012	Lekker hotel met goed ontbijt Hagelslag bij het ontbijt ( haha) 8,3 Ik had wat kritische reacties gelezen, maar ten onrechte wat mij betreft. Rustig hotel, lekker zwembad, goed ontbijt met heeeele lekkere koffie ( is moeilijk te krijgen in azie). Kortom wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad. Winkel tip: In de directe omgeving 2 grote shoppingmalls, je kan je dus uitleven op dat terrein.

(Echt)paren Netherlands, 28 maart 2012	Leuk hotel en service met een gliml. &primaLocatie locatie is prima en is op loopafstand van de TP en andere winkels 6 Prima verblijf; personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam; het eten is gevarieerd en lekker; live muziek is ook prima en is tevens sfeerbevorderend. wat wij missen is onze seniorkok die tijdens ons vorig verblijf ons elke keer ons verraste met zijn vriendelijkheid en ons uitlegde over de herkomst van de gerechten en ons vriendelijk bejegende. Dit punt is alleen als meerwaarde van ons verblijf in dit hotel. Het gaat niet ten koste van de andere koks en personeel. Dit is een persoonlijke noot van ons. Tip: alles is in de buurt te verkrijgen. Alleen 1 minpunt dat ligt niet direct aan het hotel. De taxi kan weleens oneerlijke meterstanden weergeven zodat je meer moet gaan betalen voor een rit. Toevallig was dit de Blue Bird. Wellicht zou als hotel deze maatschappijen kunnen benaderen om eerlijk en klantvriendelijk te zijn voor uw gasten waardoor het verblijf alleen maar wordt veraangenaamd. Dus geen irritaties meer wegens oneerlijk gedrag. Nogmaals dit is een upgrading van jullie service

Breakfat was great, staffs very frendly, location is in the city centre which are close to anywhere, Fast check in make everything feel so good. finally everything so great.

Although the room is quite old fashioned but it is clean and comfortable. What stands out about this hotel is they serve best traditional Indonesian cuisine.

Its an old hotel and clearly they haven't done any upgrading, but all in all it was worth my stay. The down side is that the lobby smells of cigarette as they allow people to smoke inside. The interior is old and looks a little dodgy, as for the hall ways they have this musky smell and looks uninviting Surprisingly the rooms are clean. Standard but clean. The bathroom was in good condition and for me personally that is whats most important. Positive points would be the food. The hotel is known for the food and you'll see the locals dropping by for lunch dinner and supper. They have a big variety you could choose from. If you like live music you should go down to the restaurant or else just order room service. I would also recommend calling in for the medical massage. they go up to your room. There are lots of restaurants near by if you choose not to eat at the hotel. The big shopping mall is a few minutes drive away.
