Fokke B. Individuele reizigers Netherlands, 28 oktober 2012	Centraal gelegen hotel. De goede verbindingen met U- en S-bahn is een dikke plus. In- en uitchecken verloopt snel en correct. Schoon hotel. 8 De tweepersoonskamer is door de grootte geschikt voor een korter verblijf. Door de tweede nacht de airco op de eco stand te zetten geen last meer van het lawaai. Jammer dat er geen kledingkast en minibar in de kamer aanwezig waren.

My room was small and felt like a box and the open bathrom, although with it was possible to cover it with a curtain, was not exactly my taste. But this I knew before and the price was low for a 4 star hotel in a central location. Next time I will properly choose a hotel with seperately bathroom to a higher price.

However, a request for kettle has taken close to an hour and 3 calls to housekeeping before it is being delivered.

Location and nothing more 4,7 the Location is the best in Berlin, except for it, the hotel rooms are too small, the staff only wants your money, upgrade for additional per night for higher floor (but still the worst view) and for internet and breakfast (why not included in the basic rate?!) the room is tiny! the toilets are inside the bedroom, want a bath tub? PAY MORE want bit bigger room?!? PAY MUCH MORE want a view to the TV tower?! PAY MUCH MORE you end up paying , too much for a city hotel. safe deposit box didn't work, asked the reception, they never sent someone. (They pasted a sticker - sorry, the safe does not work!) Internet got disconnected 2-3 times, had to talk to external support for fixing the problem which was eventually in their system.

I felt that the positive aspects of the hotel is its central location close to major transport hub, the cleanliness of the hotel, and friendliness of staff. I would recommend a stay at the park radisson however I feel that the hotel could provide free wifi.

Standard room could be little bigger but for single use it's fine! Nice atmosfere at the bar,good bus service for the exibition. Fitness and sauna room very poor.
