Cheryl N. (Echt)paren Australia, 10 mei 2013	My husband and I enjoyed the no kids No Kids. Romantic areas. Quiet 9,3 Peppers is a lovely quiet hotel with friendly staff. We really enjoyed the fact that we had paid for a fabulous place and were able to enjoy it without noisy, bad behaved children for a change. I don't mind kids but I do mind the lack of control by parents.

The room was a little small, so next time we will upgrade, but still very happy. Air con is set on 22 and we found it still a bit hot at night.

The decor is out dated and rooms look worn and tired. Balcony spa was very nice, however the ant population that came with it was not. The hotel claimed the pool was heated, however this was not the case on my visit. With all that said the value for money is still there.

The best thing about this hotel is its two great swimming pool - one is the large Lagoon pool with white sand; the other is the Serenity Pool providing tranquil swimming experience. The beach is just across the street. Wonderful breakfast with value price. The concierge service is great - helping me reserve local air balloon / skyrail booking with good attitude. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay here.

Gezinnen met jonge kinderen Japan, 6 november 2012	のんびりゆっくり。もう一度行きたいです。スタッフの笑顔。広々とした部屋。毎日掃除とタオル交換。部屋の設備。 9 ２bedlagoonに５泊。もっと長くいたいと思いました。朝早く着きました。着替え場所やタオルは自由に使って良いと言われました。予定では２時チェックインでしたが、２部屋の内一つの準備が出来たのでそちらならどうぞ！と８時頃に部屋に通してくれました。バルコニーにはbbqグリルがあり、受付で食材のセットを申し込むと希望の時間に届けてくれます。７０ドル程で大人４人食べきれない位の量でした。すぐ隣のブロックにコンビニのような店もありました。スタッフに日本人？がお一人いたようですが、基本的に英語で意思疎通ができたほうが良いと思います。
