Dirty room. Beds made but with same sheets

Breakfast. In room safe.
The room was dirty. Beds made with same sheets through our stay. Wifi worked only sometimes. People shouting at 3.00 in the morning and slamming doors for hours. Didn't feel safe and although some staff were friendly others looked at us as if we were garbage. Will never go back

Water heater has inconsistent flow of hot water.

So so, nothing good to share. Apparently taxi driver has difficulty to understand this hotel location as a few hotels has similar name.

Close to shopping & dining

Location, easy access to tours/services
Me and my friend stayed here for 5 nights. The room was OK for the price we paid. It's cheaper than those 3-starred hotels I booked before. The aircon is fine. The hot & cold shower worked fine, though the shower heads were a little old and rusty but, The cleaning service was also fine. We often leave our room at 8am and come back past 6pm and everything's already clean except that on our 3rd day they did not give us the toiletries aside from tissue paper but when we asked for it again, they supplied immediately and also was already in the bathroom the next cleaning day. The staff were not very accommodating and rarely smile. I could always compare them to our Vietnam & Japan stay where the staff were very friendly and always courteous and helpful. Over-all, the hotel was fine for a night's stay for travelers who just want to go shopping and dining around Bangkok and it's very near the night markets, malls and the Baiyoke Sky is just at the back of the hotel. Indian & Thai street foods are in every corner. The bad experience we encountered was when we shopped at Chatuchack market and rode a taxi to the hotel for an agreed fare of 200Baht. But when we were around the area, the driver didn't want to enter the narrow street to our hotel and was asking us to make the fare 300Baht. When we didn't agree, he let us leave his taxi and take note..it was raining very hard and we have so many shopping bags with us but it's very frustrating to argue because the driver is so rude and we hate to be shouting at people so we decided to get down and find some shades from the nearby shops till we could manage to walk to our hotel. But overall, our Thailand adventure for 5 days was great and we enjoyed the temples (except the Wat Arun which is under construction) and the old city of Ayutthaya) and the river cruise. Would love to go back to Bangkok but not stay in this hotel again.

not recommend

hotel location is near night market & pratunam shopping area
This is the second time stay in this hotel. 1st time is ok coz it was last 3 years ago & the second time i feel like the hotel is not clean especially bed sheet,pillow & bath towel. wifi connection is so poor.As the hotel was located in narrow street & its not easily accessible if u take taxi.

No next visit

I dun think will stay at this hotel again. The room has a lot of ants . Towels dirty. The mentainace is very bad.

Friendly staffs , helpful staffs , near shopping malls
Not that bad for a 7 nights stay though the air con broke down on the 5th day and the staffs took a while to repair it . After all is a worth value hotel but the environment is abit noisy in the morning and late night . Not suitable for families with kids to stay .

Bkk trip on nov 2015

Housekeeping staff, bell boy and receptionist is very good and understand our queries

You have to read
I booked this hotel for 5 nights as i saw thru the website that it was beautiful and affordable. So the first night we arrived there, it took my quite a while to find the hotel as the hotel was located in the alley? which makes it hard for us to find it as we have never stayed there before. When we checked in the hotel was alright, not as impressive as the pictures but well, you get what you pay for. so we unload our luggages and left the hotel to walk around. When we came back after dinner, there were "extra" guest in the room for us, no im not talking about ghosts, but COCKROACHES! Let me explain, before we enter, there was a "bellboy" (COCKROACH NO.1) standing outside our hotel door, waiting to welcome us! I was shocked and of course disgusted, but I thought to myself, it's fine. So we entered the room. When we went to the toilet, there was a "chamber maid" (COCKROACHES NO.2) walking around our toilet basin. I was as shocked. But it's fine. Then we wanted to boil some water, but a "butler" (COCKROACHE NO.3) was there before us! it was too much to handle by now.. So we had to call agoda for an immediate refund and check out! we have to change hotels the next day!
