Great location wifi and add on breakfast
Its creepy on the hallway lacks lighting going to the room (528). Basement carpark is sooo dirty the worst so far! The noise at the bar/club can be heard at the room cant hardly sleep. In the morning you can hear loud music from room beside us. Towels are not full clean white anymore its being beige in color shows being overused. Only consolation was d breakfast included on d rate which is satisfactory. Overall the hotel needs more improvement in facilities.

Good Location but old hotel
The location in very good, the property is old, and needs maintenance, wifi is totally not working, room / lobby, complained many times but nothing helped, they kept on saying it will be fixed but nothing.

Business Visit
I am a frequent visitor of Dubai and I stayed with Regent palace many times. The front office staff and their approach is very nice. Now the property is not clean, very old towels, breakfast is bad and the room service staff are not at all helpful. Overall it was disappointing. Request to the management to consider the matter seriously.

location, comfort and friendly staff
This is my 6th or 7th times in this hotel. Highly recommendable. Choose higher floors for less sounds coming from clubs below.

Very good hotel for the price
This hotel location and staff response and the breakfast is the best. Overall it's very.nice to choose this hotel if we are looking for an economic hotel with good accessibility, location wise (walkable from metro). The breakfast is very good for the price we paid. The staff were cordial and overall it's a good experience
