Super lokatie, mooi en schoon hotel.

We hebben genoten. Alles was goed, kamers zijn schoon, lokatie is top, mooi uitzicht en verschillende strandjes zijn dichtbij.

Dit hotel kun je best boeken. Het is het geld meer dan waard.

Leuk hotel, voor een nachtje.
Heel goed restaurant met mooi uitzicht.

We waren op doorreis dus voor een nachtje geboekt.
Ik zou daar zeker geen langere tijd willen zitten, het is op een berg en je moet wel een heel sportief type zijn.
Zeker niet geschikt voor oudere mensen.
Zwembad stelt niks voor en het vissen ook niet. Sterker nog, je zou je de pletter vallen.
Het restaurant is heel goed! Leuke bediening en vriendelijk.
Kamer met gardenview is ook best mooi alleen allemaal kieren tussen de deuren en ramen dus volop muggen.
Er hangt wel een klamboe.
Wij boekten last minuut dus niet duur maar de normale prijs die ze vragen is het zeker niet waard.
Sightseeing/attracties tip:
karon beach, Kata beach, nai harn, viewing point, er is zat te beleven

Nice hotel, frustrating staff

The Secret Cliff Resort is hard to get to. The staff made us feel like we were stealing from them when we checked out by barging into our room before we had even left the resort. The pool was very cold. Positives were that the pizza restaurant was very good. The room was made up every day with new sheets, towels etc if needed.

Great View

Very pleasant stay in a room with an ocean view. Clean, comfy with friendly staff.
It was raining so hard during our stay here Patong area was flooded but Karon area was safe and sound. The resort is quite on the edge of Karon, a little far away from the main beach. Easy access with a car, though.
The best thing is about the view. The resort is on the cliff so you can get a nice view of the Karon beach from the restaurant. And since it's on the cliff, the room I stay, #123, was down at the bottom where it's quite a steep walking downhill to the room. A service car was provided by the resort, though.

PROS: great ocean view from room balcony, Good food in restaurants. Nice and cosy infinity pool with jacuzzi and ocean view.
CONS: Hotel is on a cliff no direct access to beach. Nothing nearby at walking distances not even a small supermarket.
Average room and bathroom..okay for the money you pay, From reception and restaurants to the rooms is up and down walk with too many stairs, tiring! But you can always call for a buggy to pick you up from your room.

Fabulous hotel

One of the best hotels I've been, at first the delux rooms they gave us was very good but I asked for a room closer to the ocean (2 rooms) and they moved us to one delux just next to the ocean and upgraded the other one(for me and my wife) to a Junior suite for free. Hotel is in between patong beach and karon beach ad you need to go everywhere by taxi or hire a car or bike but its only 5 to 10 min to karon or patong beach.
