Sofitel is een goed hotel met goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Personeel aan de balie zijn vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. De locatie is fijn, op loopafstand van het centrum Senado Square, waar 's avonds gezellig druk is. De kamers zijn mooi en schoon. Buffet was goed, gevarieerd en redelijk geprijsd. Jammer dat er buiten het hotel geen voorzieningen zijn voor een rolstoel of rollator. (Een van onze vrienden gebruikt een rollator).

Comfortable hotel with L’OCCITANE shower gel & shampoo. Customer services were good. Beds may be a bit small but should be big enough for Asians. We all had a good stay~

I think this hotel looks so grand when first entering in the lobby. The internal design is nice and makes me feel comfortable. Staff are friendly and with smile when serving us. When we entered the room, this can give us a very relaxing feeling even our room is facing the city view with old buildings outside. This lets us experience and see how the city looks like in macao. Everything is neat and clean. We have positive comment in this hotel indeed!

V r free n easy trip thou bring along 5yo kids n 9 mth infant , staff friendly to answer the info reach the attraction location with no cost , coz' can use hotel shuttle bus is very convenient .
