Good location, clean & helpful staffs.
Location nearby shopping centre & attraction place.
Feel comfortable, clean & luxury room with big bathroom. Wifi speed fast, helpful & good attitude staffs. I will stay again for next visit.

remarkable experience
staff, food and location
I have stayed in many expensive hotels but this hotel is really remarkable especially in terms of how the staff were towards their guests. They really do know what customer service is. The people made our stay pleasant. The location is very good and their restaurants are good too.

Not a five star hotel
location, architecure, comfort of the room
This hotel is obviously a magnificent building. the newly refurbished rooms are a delight, BUT to be a real 5 stars, you need: - Not charging WIFI. The wifi is free but at slow speed. Charging customers who pay 500 euros per night for normal internet speed is ridiculous and is a major marketing mistakes. What is the point of alienating customers to gain pennies?? - The cleaning staff has missed an unpleasant stain in the bathroom for 2 days. Not acceptable in a 5 stars - Some of the staff is very competent ( the 2 concierges), some others belong in a lesser category hotel. - There has been a lengthly and total breakdown of internet (more than 18 hours). That can happen, yes, but in that case you handle the customers in a different way than "I am sorry, I do not know when the service will be restored..." In summary: expensive, disappointing. The management is not on top of things

5 Star Hotel let down by 3 Star Service
Location, decor, breakfast
Beautiful hotel let down by poor customer service, mistakes as Reservations, at breakfast and quite honestly not enough staff to deliver a 5 star experience.

Wonderful staff, quiet elegance, superb location
After hours jostling with the festive crowds at the Christmas markets, coming "home" to the Steinberger offered relaxation in elegant, luxurious settings yet with remarkably friendly and down-to-earth staff. Spa and wellness center are fantastic!

all great but...
room standard, location
Room service was not able to deliver breakfast on time; once too early and once too late; that's not acceptable for a $500/night hotel! And when I pointed out gently that I was not expecting her yet, the staff brining breakfast snapped "I was just sent up here" - which might be true, but was a highly unprofessional response. Also: *very* slow elevators, a bit tough on business travelers with a tight schedule
