good food, nice place, good staff
It's a really nice place to rest and enjoy the onsen.. The dinner buffet is really delicious, many kind of food is serve and we really enjoy it.. the place is just in front of the bus station so it's just need a short walk.. the jigokudani valley is near, around 15 min walk..

A chinese tourists hotel

Location, dinner and breakfast.
Over-all Noboribetsu Manseikaku is a nice hotel and conveniently located just opposite the bus station in the heart of town. But the room given to me was rather rundown. The room furnishings were rather dated and the veneer from the furnitures were peeling. The room window was facing the internal airwell.

A very bad hotel, dirty and smelly room

good location, near the onsen street
It was a very bad experience, the room was really really dirty, i don't want to stay for one more second. I felt very itchy when i was on the bed. The dinner buffet was so bad also. There were so many people from travel group, they were very noisy and impolite. I absolutely will not stay at this hotel again and the price is not low. I rather pay more to stay in another better hotel. Me and my husband checked out as soon as possible on the next day

Location good, buffet dinner & brreakfast

Location good, buffet dinner & brreakfast
Room is Japanese style, spacious, comfortable and clean. All expected amenities are available, such as toiletries, hair dryer, boiler. Buffet breakfast & dinner are good and plenty of choices. Dining hall is big, can occupy hundreds of tourists. Expect many locals and tour groups in this hotel. Free wifi is only available at level 1 lobby and level 3 dining hall. Signal is strong. For those who enjoyed onsen, the public one is at level 3. Note the onsen tax, which we weren’t aware of. When we checked out of hotel, we were asked to pay onsen tax, 150 yen per pax, even though 3 out of 4 of us never use it. Overall, hotel is value for money and highly recommended.

We have been charged tax for Onsen !??

Location, Yummy food, Onsen
The onsen is okay, not too bad ( got charged extra tax for Onsen !?) But the room is very hot the air con is not working properly, maybe it is meant to be visited only in the winter time. ( the time we went there is summertime and tbh the temperature outside of the room is even colder than inside) We like the dinner though, nice selection of foods.
