Never ever again

Parking , location , Tesco express near by
Ok , where do I start ? Smell was really bad . Seriously bad . Was looking for dead rats under bed. There was none , carpet is full of holes and so is pillow case. Pillow had bad smell . There was water leak above the door where wall paper is missing. . Next to bed is no skirting boards and all rubble is on the floor . . Window was greasy and dirty. On the good side , kettle and TV are provided . Was told that other side of hotel is in better condition. I booked 2 nights and left after first one. Gone to bed and breakfast instead. Ruined my trip completely . B&b was same price but very enjoyable . Good luck

never again

Had a renovated room, clean and comfy, nice new furniture and re-done bathroom. The new shower was barely warm so very unpleasant showering experience. The curtains did not fit the window and were hanging down and looked dreadful, the nets sagging and looked dreadful. Ceiling light didnt work so room very dark. Lovely new tv but no remote control. Having bothered to renovate the hotel why didnt they bother to finish off? hang the curtains properly etc? The hallways were filthy, dirty stained carpet and stank of smoke. Will never stay there again. Travel to Birmingham regualaly but will stay else where.
