It has good parking, pleasant efficient staff and clean generous size rooms,with comfortable beds and breakfast included. It is within walking distance to all tourist facilites including the Banff Fine Arts Centre. We certainly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Couples United Kingdom, September 09, 2012	Ideally located hotel Comfortable room with great mountain views 7.7 this hotel was ideally located with easy access and only a short stroll to the many shops, bars and restaurants in the town. the reception staff were very friendly and informative regarding what banff had to offer during our two night stay. the breakfast menu was limited ( continental only ) but adequate. the hotel had a "hot pool" but we didn't have time to take advantage of this facility. we did however make use of their laundry facilities which were useful.
