Banff is the most beautiful place so it's easy to say that the location is perfect. The hotel is in a great spot easy walking distance to Banff Ave (the main drag). There is a Safeway, liquor store, petrol station and plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The rooms was big and clean. Everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close to the pubs, shops and supermarket. Staff were kind and helpful and the rooms were large and clean. We had a lovely view overlooking the almost frosted over river.
Good value for money. You were able to use the pool etc belonging to the neighbouring hotel- though you did need to leave the hotel (go outside) and walk to the next door hotel which is fine except when it's negative 3.

no complaints. nice clean room, very large for a basic double room. pleasant front desk staff. we ended up booking an extra night because there are so many places to explore in the area and we wish we could have stayed for an entire week.

Lovely location but no air-conditioning

Good, affordable hotel, but not the best place during the summer. No air-conditioning made for some stifling nights. Watch the rooms on the ground floor -- some of the window locks are broken. Friendly woman at the front desk.

great position - next to the river and lovely walks with easy access to the main part of banff & buses. a definite plus was having access to the pool & steam room plus dining & laundry in the adjoining hotel.
ski buses picked up and dropped off next door.
close to good food & shops.
good price - comfortable beds. would have been good to have a microwave & kettle & a spoon or 2 -not just a coffee maker & stirrers but the staff were friendly & helpful and we slept well.

relativ ruhige Lage doch sehr nah zum Zentrum. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Empfang.Möglichkeit zur Benutzung des Hallenbades im Nachbarhaus gegeben. Autoparkplatz direkt vor der Türe.

Die relativ ruhige Lage doch sehr nah zum Zentrum hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Entspannung am Bow Fluss gibt es direkt neben dem Hotel. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang.Hier gab es auch noch Tipps für die Abendgestalteung. Die Möglichkeit zur Benutzung des Hallenbades im Nachbarhaus war gegeben. Wir haben es nicht genutzt aber einmal angeschaut. Es sah alles sauber aus. Der kostenlose Parkplatz fürs Aute direkt vor der Türe ist auch sehr praktisch.Im Zimmer konnte man sich Kaffee und Tee selber zubereiten. Ein Computer für kostenlosen Internet Zugang gab es in der Eingangshalle.
Shopping Tip:
Ein großer Supermarkt, der auch viel Frisches fürs Frühstück anbietet ist nur 4 Minuten zun Fuß entfenrt, ab 8 Uhr geöffnet und entschädigt fürs fehlende Frühstück

不便というほどではないけど、ダウンタウンからは少し離れてます。

ただ、ホテルの方針としてエコのためタオルやシーツの交換を控える運動を推しているせいか、シーツからおじさんの加齢臭のようなにおいが…
あまりにおいに敏感でなければ気にならないようです。。。

設備の老朽化が目立ち、特にシャワーの水圧の弱さが気になりました。
スタッフの対応も事務的で、あまり好感が持てませんでした。
コーヒーメーカーとミニバーは備え付けられてあります。
Banffの中心地に近く、徒歩での食事やショッピングにはとても便利です。
