Good value hotel in Banff.
Home like feel. I liked small balconies with view of the mountains.

Hotel is larger that it seems at the first glance. It is few minutes walk to main Banff attractions. Stuff at the front desk was very helpful with my sighseeing planning. My room was fairly large and well maintained.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Side trip to Lake Louise is worthwhile detour. Hiking around Banff itself can be rewarding activity.

hotel reception was very friendly, helpfull and guiding.
parking was not a problem and from the parking the luggage was easily to handle to the room.
room was clean and fully equipped as per description.
bathroom was also clean and enough towels
hotwater was not so hot anymore at sunday morning but confortable enough for a short shower.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to mountain lakes and hike areas

One hotel room sleeps 4 adults
Comfort at reasonable cost in heart of town

Earlier check in not allowed till 3.30pm. Has 2 Queen beds sleep 4 adults at reasonable rate. Has elevator,enclosed parking, air conditioning, fridge, microwave, cheap internet. Requests immediately attended to.Had to reprogramme key on 2nd night stay though paid for. Lost one of my 2 seperate bookings, but luckily had room.

Walking distance to town..and that is it.

No view, no pool for small children, fixtures run down. We stzyed one night and it was enough. Near downtown Banff, but if I return I will stay in Golden or Calgary and just visit Banff for the day.

The location of this hotel is good, just several blocks away from the main shopping district. The room is large and we got a free upgrade, which is nice to hear from the staff although we do not konw it is for real or not. It is great to have an indoor parking. The room is large, clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant next door and you can get a decent breakfast there.

we recently stayed here for a ski trip to sunshine and we enjoyed the hotel. it was clean, quiet, and a 10 minute walk from downtown banff. there is also a good restaurant in the hotel.
