Overall, staying at the hotel was a good experience. The room was acceptable with a great view. Any problems that we had were addressed immediately and cheerfully. The staff was completely bilingual and very helpful. When we reported the problem with the bathroon, we were immediately offered another room. The on-site restaurant was fine and the food reasonably priced and very tasty.
The room was very clean. The maid service was exceptional. The view from the room across the Baie de Chaleur was beautiful with lovely sunrises and remarkable sunsets. There were 2 good restaurants on site.
The room was small. The bathroom unfortunately in minor disrepair. Some tiles had detached from the wall and there was water pooling under the carpet in front of the bathroom door. The water control unit was not functioning well and we could only get lukewarm water.
