Situated in city center, the Sandman Calgary Downtown Hotel is a very short walking distance from the Calgary Sky Train Station, which provides guests with easy access to the Calgary Stampede Grounds and the Calgary Zoo. It is also close to Olympic Park, the Glenbow Museum, the Calgary Tower and the convention center. The Sandman Calgary Downtown Hotel is very conveniently situated within walking distance of most tourist attractions - including Calgary Tower, Stephen Street, and Olympic Plaza. Public transportation is on the doorstep. The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool (heated) and an exercise area. It also features Moxy`s Grill restaurant and a full bar. On request, smoking rooms our available. Although our standard room required minor renovation work, we found it comfortable. Rooms include complimentary coffe and tea. Staff are more than courteous. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel Feature Tip : Parking in downtown Calgary is not inexpensive. Efficient and comforatble public transportation is on the doorstep. Riding the trams within a specific downtown area is free of charge.
