All hotel employees were very friendly, The place was easy to get to. It was not too noisy.
It would have suited our needs more if they offered a free continental breakfast.
I would recommend this hotel because of the excellent customer service. The hotel had good emenities. The restaurant and lounge were a nice touch. They had ample handicapped parking, and it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The room service options were quite good and the maid service did a good job also. If they would have had a continental breakfast it would have been even better.
Shopping Tip : The Edmonton Mall is really something to see. It is almost impossible to see it all in one day. It is very large and has anything a shopper could possibly want.
