Non Smoking room, very quiet, nice room, good beds, nice personnel.

No pop machines on any floors of the hotel. Gift shop shuts down too early.

This was the first time I have used this service and was very unsure of how it all worked. I was extremely pleased with the support service, they answered my questions with in just a few minutes, not days. I could not print off my voucher from my computer and I needed it like right away. They e-mailed me back and said to get a fax number and they'd take care of it for me. As it turned out my sister helped me get my voucher, so it all turned out OK.

Travel tip : It is so easy to get to the Rexall Centre from downtown. It's a 10 minute walk under ground, heated so it's not a cold walk to the LRT. It only cost $5.00 return trip, a taxi would be $10.00 one-way.
