Front Desk service was bad!Small Front Entrance!
2 Queens size beds in the room is comfortable

we booked this hotel online with the deal 45% off the day we checked in but it was weight far expensive than what we got. indeed the location was close to halifax waterfront but staff service was poor. and we paid with tax for only 1 night stay which was very expensive with no service.
first of all, the entrance for car loading is very small, so you have to park at the parking lot where was stink! this parking lot is belonged to four point sheraton because they need to charge hotel guest parking fee though! how come they didn't clean up the parking lot, we thought we were in the garbage lot!
secondly, when we arrived at the hotel we had many lugguages, no hotel staff noticed us, it was about 4.30pm and the front desk was not busy ( such as open the door or say hello!) i needed to walk to the front desk to check in and ask the female staff first, she had no smile and not even said hi to me, she seemed kind of busy of doing her work!!
i was so disappointed, why we paid such an expensive cost for this kind of inferior serivce.
the elevator speed was very slow, since this hotel has only 6 floors, it took ages for waiting time.
gym is very small and the swimmimng pool is many for hot tub you cant really swim there.
i stayed at other sheraton hotel in asia and this one was the worse so far, we felt being ripped off. i should say this hotel has nothing special compare to motels except the queens side beds in the room.
i believe many other hotels around this area are better.
