I chose this hotel because of its location and relatively reasonable price. It was within walking distance of my reason for being in Hamilton. Although the bathroom - shower in particular - fell far short of the rest of the accomodations, I'm sure it will be addressed during the remodel that is in progress. The warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff more than makes up for the slight inconveniences caused by the rennovation. Before leaving, I made a reservation to stay again in the near future.
Hotel Feature Tip : Don't be afraid to ask the desk staff for directions, tips, or information. They were extremely helpful and eager to provide hints, draw maps, and were just extremely pleasant.
