Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Hotel nice, facilities good, bed comfortable
Swimming pool changing facilities could be better
and the rim round the edge of the pool could have been cleaner
Internet could have had easier access, instead being locked away and having to ask at desk to unlock room to use.
The Ramada Hotel in Kelowna is very nice and has a good position for accessing the wine district and wineries. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by, including restaurant and pub in hotel, which were both very good. The staff were very polite and helpful. The internet access could have been better and was charged for. My only real complaint was the noise, which I may add was outwith the hotels control. Major roadworks were being done outside and the roadmen were working all through the night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Try and set off for any sightseeing after 9.30am as the hotel is in a busy postion and the traffic is very busy during rush hour. It is also advisable to be back at hotel by 4pm and go out again after 7pm
