There is great potential for this hotel as it is ideally located to good shopping. However,if you are one of the unlucky customers who are religated to the basement or sub-terranean rooms that have windows opening up to the pool area and not the outside, claustrophobia sets in as access to the room is difficult and takes away any type of relaxing atmosphere.
Air conditioning worked. Staff were very pleasant.
Basement room with window opened to pool deck and not outside. Air quality was weak at best. Awkward access to the room from the lobby and very awkward to haul luggage around as there was no elevator.
