Well located, very clean, everything works as expected, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was good when I had it, but was told by locals that sometimes the buffet is old and stale - so check before agreeing to it. So breakfast staff are a bit slow. Very quiet hotel even with a junior hockey team staying there. The courtyard and pool are enclosed and set up like a Japanese garden year round. This is a big attraction for the hotel as I am concerned. The only negative thing was the hotel has decided that they are going "cokeless" in favor of Pepsi only. I told them you will lose my business.

Interior rooms have a balcony over looking the pool/courtyard and you can get ground floor rooms that open up on the pool level.
