Decent hotel, clean and cosy with nice staff
Swimming pool and lobby are comfortable and relaxing

stayed only 1 night, but enjoyed it a lot. good inside swimming pool with virtually no one inside - good swim, sauna and all is included in the rate which is a bargain. romm spacious, tea kettle, coffee, apples - all is fine and good. staff was very helpful and quick. really recommended.

from check-in to check-out the staff provided everything i needed and have grown to expect when lodging at the holiday inn express. the shuttle service was prompt and was provided by a courteous yet opinionated driver. it was clearly expressed in the actions of both the housekeeping and the courtesy van driver that they appreciated being tipped.
Travel tip:
i highly recommend that any traveller that visists montreal make their best attempt to communicate in french in order to initiate a mutual feeling of respect between you and all those you encounter. i used to be the typical "my way of the highway" type traveller; however; i have matured enough to realize that any effort put forth will reap dividends and proportionally large feelings of being welcome. a little effort on the travellers part makes for an equally rewarding visit, especially in montreal. bon jour.

アメリカからカナダに入って初めてのホテルでした。愛想のないホテルばっかりに泊まっていたためか、このホテルの気配りが嬉しかった。日本のそれに通じるものがある。朝食もバケット式で、シリアルや硬いパンしかないアメリカに比べ、暖かい卵やソーセージはすごく美味しかった。チェックアウトの時、3時間ほど荷物を預かってもらったのだけど、きちんと鍵のかかる部屋に保管しておいてくれた。このホテルのおかげで、カナダの第一印象はすごくいい。

공짜 조식이 괜찮았던 호텔...
일단 셔틀로 빠르게 이동할 수 있고, 공짜로 주는 아침식사가 괜찮은 편임...

공항에서 내려서 셔틀을 찾는데 좀 고생했는데, 알고보니 바로 길건너에
있었다는... 셔틀로 한 5분 정도만 가면 되고, 아침에 공짜로 간단한 식사와
커피를 먹을 수 있었음.
하지만, 캐나다.. 물을 안주는 관계로(수돗물을 먹어도 된다고 하지만서도...)
물을 샀는데 비싸고, 전원 꽂는 방식이 틀려서 빌릴려고 했는데, 안빌려주고,
사야한다는... 사는거 비싸고, 영 안좋음.
Hotel Feature Tip:
아침식사시 커피를 테이크 아웃잔에 담아서 떠날때 가져가면 좋음
