Great location, wonderful staff, huge, well-appointed room, quiet, fabulous bathroom and rainwater shower.
None that I spotted. If I were being really picky, I would say that the rooms could be slightly less American corporate but that WOULD be looking for cons purely for the sake of it.
We arrived late at night after a hideous journey from Turkey. The staff were wonderfully accommodating, giving us a quiet room and encouraging us to check out late the next day. The bed was blissfully comfortable and the great shower was fabulous after a long journey. There was a small mix up over our booking, but the staff were very laid back and we all agreed to leave it until the morning - in the meantime, they made sure we were upgraded to a great room away from the street. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting Montreal - it is right in the middle of the main shopping and dining area around St Catherine Street and is a great mix of French and North American. This will definitely become one of our favourite places to stay.
Restaurant Tip : Check out the quaint French restaurant Chez la Mere Michel, about five minutes walk away from the hotel, on Rue Guy. A fabulous mix of quaint old world charm and great French food. Not to be missed.
