good location, close to cresent St. Large room, clean, good view, comfortable bed

older building, elevators shake and take a long time to get on.

Overall a good hotel, with nice sized rooms that are clean. Staff was friendly, and just a 5 minute walk to cresent st. and all the bars. Parking is $15 a day, and breakfast is $14. The building is old and looks its age. Elevators always took forever to arrive, and were shaky.

The Best thing about this place is the location.

The breakfast wasn't very good....Rooms are small.

The staff was very good. The room was very small. You paid for parking... didn't care for that. The breakfast they serve costs too much for what you get. I would stay there again, but I would eat there...

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't bring a car...trying to find parking will show you down.

This hotel was in a great location-we were able to walk the city easily, and was very clean with adequate space.

this is a pretty bare bones functional hotel-not a whole lot of frills. There was a lot of noise in the hallway overnight as well.

The Maritime plaza is a mid range clean and adequate hotel perfect for people who want a decent place to stay in a good area, without blowing a whole lot of money. We were able to walk to all the tourist sites, which was nice, and it was nearby to a large area of restaurants and bars. The beds weren't very comfortable but the bathroom was nice, and we had a large picture window that we were able to partially open to get some air. THere were a lot of tour bus groups also staying there, which we've heard is fairly typical. There was a lot of noise at night. The area seemed safe and we felt comfortable walking around outside at night. Overall we felt we had a decent experience for a mid range hotel in a great area.
