The carpets on the hall look a bit dirty, but the conditions in the rooms are ok. The bathroom with a jacuzzi was nice to have. View is also nice and the hotel is walking distance to everything.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Indoor Observation deck in the 14 floor. This is nice for the Friday night fireworks

Apart from the beautiful view, our room was really spacious and clean. The jacuzzi and amenities worked as it should. Location is great as well. Walking distance to the casino. Closest hotel with a view to the mini-cable car/train that leads to the Niagara Falls Visitor centre. Great value for money

Worst room I have stayed in since Russia.

First of all, the hallways on the 2nd floor were disgusting. Stained, dirty and smelled. My room 246 smelled of urine and had to shut the bathroom door and turn on the fan all night. The fan sounded like a helicopter and did not draw much of the smell out. The TV changer did not work and had limited channels unless you went to pay per view. Stay away.

when we arrived our room wasn't ready which was fine because i entered through the very low end wing of the hotel and i was worried what my room might look like, so i quickly checked out a few hotels within walking distance and compared rates and room with what i was shown. after my comparison we decided to stay as the rates for hotels with a parking lot view were the same price, so we chanced it. when our rooms were ready we checked in and were pleasantly surprised that it was cleaner than we expected and with a better view. for a nice view of the falls at a better price than surrounding hotels, this place is worth the money.

Opted for a room upgrade upon check-in, and I was so glad that I did! Had a Premier room on the 10th floor with the most fantastic view of both the Canadian & American Falls! Staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. The hotel had a very handy map of the local area, which made it easier to get around. Only feature that I would point out for further consideration is the car park. When you are a guest at the hotel, you are provided with a parking ticket that hangs from the interior mirror. Just felt that maybe some guests who used that car-park were not staying at the hotel and thus using up spaces for geniune guests. I had to park in the Applebee's car park near the hotel one time, as the guest parking behind the hotel was fully utilised.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure you see ALL the attractions of the Falls (on both sides). The Canadian side offers so much more, but it's worth seeing both sides. Also, the Butterfly Conservatory on the Canadian side was a lot of fun!
