room was fantastic as was the view, food in restaurant was beautiful.
room was already expensive and had to pay $10 to use the public internet area for only 20 mins. temperature in restaurant was very cold.
we visited the sheraton fallsview hotel at niagara falls from 21st sept to 23 sept. we found the hotel fabulous, the room was exceptional, we stayed in a fallview room with jacuzzi hottub, the extra money was worth the view. when checking in the person at the desk was not very friendly and did not make us feel welcome, however we all of the other staff we met during our stay were very pleasant. i would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Fabulous location overlooking falls. Attractive, spacious rooms. Flat screen TV. Well-priced breakfast buffet.
Paying $20.00 for parking and $12.95 for internet. Bathtub and tile needed to be updated. Windows should be spotless considering the view (and they aren't).
Hotel is located right in front of Horseshoe Falls with a view of the American Falls as well. It is so beautiful that you hardly want to leave your room. Spacious, well appointed room with large flat screen TV. Our package included buffet breakfast which was very good. Very pleasant, courteous staff. The location is a little away from the main action but the Casina is walking distance. The include railway to the Falls level is right in front of the hotel.
