Friendly staff. 8.7 My husband and I stayed at the ByWard Blue Inn for one night when we visited Ottawa. We had a very pleasant stay there. The staff was very friendly and offered information on nearby parking because their lot was full. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the market area (shopping and restaurants). The hotel room was quite large and the hotel had a good breakfast that was included with our room.

Business travelers South Korea, March 28, 2012	Typical Inn with fireplace Small Inn not a hotel, location is perfect for downtown meeting 9 it takes about 20 minutes from ottawa int'l airport by taxi and fare is 35 canadian dollars. location is good nearby byward market, nice restaurants from over the world and canadian pup. i really enjoyed vietnamese noodle. byward blue inn is a small inn not a hotel and you might somewhat disappointed at first but i came to love paintings on the wall, firepalce on the first floor, and free tea with cookies. breakfast was a typical continental meal and it was enough for me considering the room rate.

Couples Japan, February 27, 2012	great hotel 素晴らしいホテルでした。簡易キッチンが部屋にある、朝食が結構充実している、tea timeサービスがあり、そのクッキーが美味しい！！ 9.7 2泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。部屋には簡易キッチンがあり、お風呂、トイレも清潔でした。朝食は2日ともメニューが多少異なるものが出て、申し分ない充実したのものでした。さらに、昼のtea timeサービスがあり、そのクッキーも美味しく、とてもいいひと時を過ごしました。予約制でサウナもあり、外で冷えた体を温め、リラックスもできました。とてもお勧めのホテルです。
